Mark Bright


Since he got his start, Mark Bright has worked or consulted with some of the best restaurants and wine programs in the country, including his own. In 2008, a seminal partnership began with Chef Josh Skenes in the Mission District, and restaurant Saison was born in San Francisco. With Mark at the helm of co-owner and wine director, this restaurant went on to earn Three Michelin Stars and Four Stars from the San Francisco Chronicle. In addition, Mark has amassed an impressive collection of fine wines from Burgundy, Champagne, Rhône, Bordeaux and California with his wine brokerage Bright Wine Fund. Mark is ready to share his world with you at Bright's Les Clos.

Christian Adams

Originally from Aschaffenburg Germany, Christian moved to California at the age of 5. His love of the Service industry started at a young age of 18. Managing grandiose locations like Bernardus Lodge and L'Auberge Carmel. His early twenties marked the beginning of this passion for wine. Moving to Germany in 2010 he was able to fulfill his dream of returning home. Spending every free hour tasting in Franken, Rheingau, Pfalz, Rheinhessen and the Mosel. When not tasting or helping with harvists, he Managed the Restaurant and Banquet program at Schlossweinstuben, located in Castle Johnnisburg in his home town. It was not till he was offered a Sales Manager job with Rudi Wiest that he would return to the US. Taking his love for German wines to some of the best sommeliers on the west coast, he felt blessed to let his hobby and passion become his trade.

Alongside his passion for wine, was the passion for service and bringing great food, wine and memories to others. There can be no better place to practice this than Les Clos. Wine, service, friendship and quality is what you will find here, and what will keep us all coming back.
